Frequently Asked First Questions

How quickly can we book a course?

For courses from our standard catalogue, we can typically confirm a booking within a few days subject to availability. For bespoke programmes, we recommend getting in touch at least 6 to 8 weeks before your preferred start date.

Can we join a course as a group from one school?

Yes. Schools and institutions can book dedicated group courses for their own staff at any of our 13 destinations. Contact us to discuss the best option.

Do you provide documentation for Erasmus+ reporting?

Yes. Every participant receives a full documentation package including a course description, a letter of confirmation, a certificate of attendance and an individual learning outcomes record.

We are new to Erasmus+. Can you help us understand how it works?

Absolutely. We are happy to spend time with institutions that are new to Erasmus+ and help them understand how the programme works and how our courses can fit into their first application.
