Who We Are
Sude Nexus is a Netherlands-based organisation specialising in Erasmus+ mobility programmes and professional development for schools, vocational education and training institutions, adult education organisations and their staff, learners and partners across Europe.
With over 11 years of experience in international education and Erasmus+ project management, Sude Nexus has grown into a trusted partner for education organisations across the continent. We have walked this road long enough to know what works, what inspires and what creates lasting impact.
Our primary focus is Erasmus+ Key Action 1 school education, but our expertise extends across the full landscape of European mobility: VET staff and learner mobility, adult education programmes, job shadowing, teaching and training assignments, and learner internships and exchanges. Whatever your institution needs from Erasmus+, we have the experience to make it happen.
We are not a large corporation. We are a dedicated team of education and mobility professionals who care deeply about the quality of every programme, the experience of every participant and the difference that genuine international development makes to education organisations and the people within them.

What Sude Nexus Provides
We offer a catalogue of 32 professional development courses across 7 thematic categories, all fully eligible for Erasmus+ KA1 funding. Our courses run across 13 destinations in Europe and the Mediterranean, giving school coordinators maximum flexibility when planning their mobility projects.
Every course is one week in duration, delivered in English, and designed for mixed international groups of teachers and school staff from across Europe. Participants work in small cohorts to encourage genuine exchange, reflection and collaboration.
Beyond the training itself, we provide full logistical and administrative support: accommodation guidance, welcome materials, course confirmation letters, certificates of attendance and all documentation required for Erasmus+ grant reporting.
How We Train
Active and Experiential
Our courses are not lectures. Every session is built around practical activities, group work, real classroom scenarios and hands-on exploration of tools and methods that participants can use the moment they return to school.
International by Design
Each course brings together teachers from different European countries. This international mix is intentional. The exchange of perspectives, practices and experiences between participants is itself one of the most valuable parts of every Sude Nexus programme.
Reflective and Transferable
We build structured reflection time into every course so that participants leave not just with new knowledge but with a clear action plan for how they will apply what they have learned. We want every teacher to return to their school ready to make a difference.
Expertise Across the Full Erasmus+ Landscape
While professional development courses for school education staff form the core of our work, Sude Nexus has over 11 years of hands-on experience across the full range of Erasmus+ mobility programmes. We work confidently and effectively across all three education sectors recognised by the European Commission.
School Education (KA1 SCH)
Professional development courses and mobility for teachers, school leaders and support staff. Our catalogue of 32 courses covers the full range of topics relevant to school education today, from artificial intelligence in the classroom to teacher wellbeing and inclusive education.
Vocational Education and Training (VET)
Staff mobility, teaching and training assignments, and learner internships and exchanges for VET institutions and their partners. We support both short-term and long-term placements across our network of European destinations.
Adult Education (ADU)
Professional development and mobility for adult education staff and organisations. We help adult education providers design and deliver Erasmus+ projects that strengthen their capacity, broaden their networks and bring fresh perspectives into their work.
Across all three sectors we also support job shadowing placements, where education professionals spend time in a partner institution abroad to observe, learn and exchange good practice. A Network Built Across Europe
Sude Nexus works with a network of experienced trainers, local education partners and cultural guides across all 13 of our destinations. Our trainers are active education and training professionals with direct classroom and school leadership experience. They bring current, real-world knowledge to every session.
Our destinations span Northern, Western, Central and Southern Europe as well as the Eastern Mediterranean, giving us one of the most geographically diverse course networks of any Erasmus+ training provider.
Fully Aligned with Erasmus+ Requirements
Sude Nexus is registered in the Netherlands and operates as an accredited programme provider across Erasmus+ Key Action 1 for school education, vocational education and training, and adult education. All of our programmes are designed to meet the eligibility criteria set by the European Commission and national Erasmus+ agencies.
We provide every participant and their institution with the full documentation package required for grant reporting, including a detailed programme description, a letter of confirmation of participation, a certificate of attendance and an individual learning outcomes record.

We work directly with schools, VET institutions, adult education organisations and their Erasmus+ coordinators to design fully bespoke mobility programmes, training courses, job shadowing placements and learner exchange projects from the ground up.
