A dedicated partner for international education
sudeNEXUS is a Netherlands-based organisation specialising in professional development and international mobility programmes for schools, vocational education and training institutions, adult education organisations and their staff across Europe.
With over 11 years of experience in international education and mobility project management, sudeNEXUS has grown into a trusted partner for education organisations across the continent. We have walked this road long enough to know what works, what inspires and what creates lasting impact.

How we train
Active and Experiential
Our courses are not lectures. Every session is built around practical activities, group work, real scenarios and hands-on exploration of tools your colleagues can use the moment they return.
International by Design
Each course brings together professionals from different European countries. This international mix is intentional. The exchange of perspectives and practices between participants is itself one of the most valuable parts of every programme.
Reflective and Transferable
We build structured reflection time into every course so that participants leave not just with new knowledge but with a clear action plan for how they will apply what they have learned back in their organisation.

A network built over more than a decade
sudeNEXUS works with a network of experienced trainers, local education partners and cultural guides across all 15 of our destinations. Our trainers are active education and training professionals with direct classroom and leadership experience.
Our destinations span Northern, Western, Central and Southern Europe as well as the Eastern Mediterranean, giving us one of the most geographically diverse course networks available.

Every education organisation is different. Every mobility project has its own goals, its own priorities and its own story. That is why sudeNEXUS does not only offer ready-made programmes. We work directly with schools, VET institutions, adult education organisations and their coordinators to design fully bespoke mobility programmes from the ground up.
