Cappadocia
One of the world's most extraordinary landscapes. An unforgettable setting for professional growth.
Why Cappadocia?
Located in the heart of Anatolia in central Turkey, Cappadocia is a landscape of fairy chimneys, volcanic rock formations, underground cities, cave churches and ancient Christian monasteries carved directly into the living rock over thousands of years. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most visually extraordinary environments in the world. For education professionals, Cappadocia offers something that no other destination in our network can provide: the experience of learning and reflecting in a setting of such exceptional natural and historical beauty that it fundamentally changes how participants think about the relationship between environment, culture and learning. Courses in Cappadocia consistently produce among our highest participant satisfaction ratings, and the destination is particularly well suited to courses on cultural heritage, sustainability, outdoor and experiential learning, and wellbeing.
Cappadocia is a destination that has to be seen to be believed. Participants who come here describe the experience as genuinely life-changing, not just professionally enriching but personally transformative. The combination of extraordinary landscape, deep history, warm hospitality and the unique experience of staying in a cave hotel makes Cappadocia one of the most memorable weeks of any education professional's career.

Extraordinary Cultural and Historical Heritage
Cappadocia was one of the most important centres of early Christianity, and its landscape is filled with rock-cut churches, underground cities and monastic communities dating back to the first centuries of the Christian era. For courses on cultural heritage, European history and religious diversity, it is an unparalleled destination.
