About This Course
The hospitality and tourism sector is one of Europe's largest employers and one of its most dynamic in terms of skills evolution. Digital transformation is reshaping the guest experience. Sustainability is moving from a differentiator to a baseline expectation.
This course is designed specifically for VET teachers and trainers in hospitality and tourism. It takes place in seven of our most compelling destinations: Barcelona, Istanbul, Antalya, Cappadocia, Athens, Thessaloniki and Naples. Learning happens not only in the training room but in the destinations themselves, through guided sector visits and direct experience of hospitality excellence.
Participants explore sustainable hospitality, digital guest experience, service quality and sector-specific vocational pedagogy, and develop training materials that reflect the current realities of the European hospitality and tourism industry.
